Homemade Bouncy Balls

Things You'll Need:

  • Plastic container

  • Spoon

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1/8 cup water

  • Food coloring (your choice of color)

  • Optional: glitter for extra fun

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Start by putting 2 tablespoons of cornstarch into your plastic container.

  2. Pour in 1/8 cup of water, and stir until you have a smooth, paste-like mixture.

  3. Drop in a bit of food coloring to brighten up your bouncy ball. If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle in some glitter too!

  4. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds to help it set. After heating, let it cool for about 2 minutes before handling it.

  5. Once the mixture is cool enough, roll it into a ball shape. Make sure it’s nice and round!

  6. Leave your bouncy ball to dry for at least 10 hours before putting it to the test.

More tips to level up the fun
