Step-by-Step Process:
Tape or glue a craft stick or wooden spoon to the back of each paper plate to make the handle.
Let your kids decorate the paper plates with markers to make their rackets unique.
Blow up a balloon to a medium size. It should be easy to hit without being too heavy.
Use the rackets to hit the balloon back and forth. You can set up a “net” with a piece of string between two chairs or simply play across a designated line on the floor.
