Toddler Bowling

Moms Morning Memo

We all have those moments when we're on the lookout for something fun and a little different to do with our toddlers, right? Today, I'm excited to share a super cool idea: how about setting up a homemade bowling game? It's not only incredibly fun for your little ones but also a perfect chance to watch them learn and grow while they play.

Activity of the Day

Toddler Home Bowling

A simple, exciting game right in your living room.

What you’ll need:

  • Red plastic cups (for the bowling pins)

  • A few lightweight toys (to add a twist)

  • Any soft ball (for rolling down your homemade alley)

Step-by-step process:

  1. Arrange those cups in a classic bowling pin setup.

  2. Place lightweight toys around to make it more interesting.

  3. Teach your toddler to gently roll the ball towards the pins.

The Bonus?

As they play, they'll be practicing their counting and maybe even learning some new words. Who knew knocking down pins could be so educational?

It's wonderful, isn't it, seeing them so engaged and happy, and knowing they're learning at the same time? Plus, setting up the game and playing together is a great way to spend quality time.
