Try experimenting with different types of sails to see which ones catch the wind best.
Step by Step Process:
Fill an ice cube tray with water. Add a few drops of food coloring to each compartment for colorful boats. Insert a toothpick into each compartment and freeze until solid.
While the ice cubes are freezing, cut small triangles or other shapes from the paper or foam sheets to create sails. Once the ice cubes are frozen, attach the sails to the toothpicks.
Fill a large container or tub with water. Place your ice cube boats in the water and watch them float and glide. Enjoy racing them or just watching them melt in the sun.
